Dustin vets and manages the quotation processes required for every project. He is responsible for ensuring the customers have selected the correct unit for the applications and for preparing alternatives when required. His expertise in mixing, dispersion, and milling benefits Hockmeyer’s clients and makes him a valuable asset to the company.
He started his career in the paint and coatings industry in 2013 as a Lab Technician at Hockmeyer. Throughout the years, with the knowledge gained, Dustin has advanced from Lab Technician to Lab Coordinator, and Lab Manager.
Dustin is a member of (NAPIM) the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers and the (ACA) American Coatings Association. He has completed the NPIRI Printing Ink Technology educational program and is involved in online Hockmeyer technical seminars and presentations.
He strives to provide excellent customer support through Engineering, design, and troubleshooting to ensure they are maximizing efficiency and product quality.
Outside of Hockmeyer, Dustin enjoys the outdoors and coaching youth baseball. While he loves coaching, his main goal is to teach the youth life lessons through the game.
