Julian is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting breakdowns and wear issues. He makes service and maintenance recommendations and coordinates client visits by service technicians.
He is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the North Carolina facilities and construction and repair projects.
He has been with Hockmeyer for 36 years. Starting in the stock room, he quickly moved up to Materials Manager, responsible for the shipping and receiving of material and oversight of the sandblasting, painting, crating, shipping, and receiving. He later accepted a new position in the Parts and Service department in 1999 and was promoted to Parts and Technical Service Manager in 2015.
Julian graduated from College of the Albemarle in 1985 with an Electronics and Data Processing Associate degree. He has Certifications in Export Documentation, Hazardous Material Handling and Shipping.
Julian enjoys helping people and solving problems. Nothing makes the workday better than telling a customer: “Yes, I can help you with that.”
