Tanya has been with the company for 20 years and in the role of HR for 15 years. As an HR professional, Tanya has experience in strategic HR, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and recruitment. As a member of the management team she advises on critical everyday issues, employee relations, compliance, policies, and workplace culture.
Prior to being employed by Hockmeyer, Tanya worked in Finance for a Fortune 200 company headquartered in Wayne NJ. She completed her studies in Business Admin at NCCU and HR Management at AMA & CAI.
In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining and spending time with family and friends.
